One suite, four depths.
The tiers are cumulative — each one is everything below it, plus more. They climb by feature count: Free 4, then Basic 12, then Extreme 21, then Pro 34. Extreme sits below Pro on purpose: it is the full set of safe, default-on optimization, while Pro layers the experimental opt-ins and the tooling on top.

HitReg isn’t a tier — it’s a scalpel.
The four tiers tune your whole PC. HitReg does one job: making your shots register. Its 12 tweaks target packet timing, input latency, CPU tick stability and click-to-photon — the whole path from your mouse to the server and back. Run it on its own or stack it on any tier.
HitReg
hit-registration tuning
Make your shots land.
- Nagle / packet-throttle / interrupt-moderation off
- Raw 1:1 mouse + foreground input priority
- Steady CPU tick — no parking or throttling
- MSI-mode + true fullscreen for lower click-to-photon
Every tweak, mapped to the tier it ships in.
All 34 tweaks, grouped by what they touch. A colored check means that tier includes the row. Because the tiers stack, a check in a lower column always carries to the right. The safety label is the same one the app shows you before it runs anything.

Which tier should you pick?
Honest version: most people want Basic or Extreme. Free is the dry run. Pro is for when you want the spicy toggles and the diagnostics in your own hands.
The honest caveat
No software, this one included, can promise you a frame number. The two biggest free wins live outside Windows: enabling your RAM's rated speed (DOCP / EXPO) in BIOS and running a fresh GPU driver. FrameForge's Diagnostics will tell you whether either applies to you, but it won't touch your BIOS for you. That part is yours.
