A 2.4 KB batch script. Double-click, clear SmartScreen, let it self-elevate, and it runs four safe tweaks after a restore point. Three minutes, start to finish.

The 108 KB app. Adds the latency and FPS core: Ultimate Performance, MMCSS, NIC fixes, Fortnite tuning. Review the list, click Apply, reboot if asked.
