Support lives in the community.
There is no ticket queue with a SLA — FrameForge is run by people who actually use it, and help happens in the Discord. It is faster than email for this kind of thing: post your setup, someone who has hit the same wall answers. The docs cover most of it, and the rest is a message away.
Most answers are already written down.
Not to wave you off — it is genuinely faster. Three of these solve the overwhelming majority of questions before anyone has to type a reply. Run them in order.
Everything is reversible
Whatever is wrong, you are not stuck. The app made a System Restore point and wrote a Revert.bat before it changed anything. If something feels off, you can roll all of it back — see reverting — then come ask with a clean slate.
Run Diagnostics
The Pro tier’s Diagnostics scan reads your RAM speed vs. rated, GPU driver age, refresh rate, power plan, TRIM and more. It usually points straight at the real problem — often a BIOS or driver issue software cannot touch. How the scan works.
Check the FAQ
The SmartScreen warning, the UAC prompt, anti-cheat safety, the tier differences, and “how many FPS will I gain” are all answered on the FAQ. Start there for anything that sounds like a yes/no question.
Read the setup tutorial
Each tier has a step-by-step run-through. If you are not sure what a tweak did or how to apply one cleanly, the tutorials walk through it with screenshots and the exact prompts you will see.
Where to post, by topic.
The Discord has these among its channels. Pick your tier’s room for tier-specific questions, or one of the help channels for anything general.

“It’s not working” starts a guessing game. Four details turn it into a diagnosis. Paste them with your question and skip the back-and-forth.
- Your Windows version — 10 or 11, and the build if you have it (
winvershows it). Several behaviours differ between builds. - Which tier you ran — Free, Basic, Extreme or Pro — so people know exactly which tweaks were in play.
- What you changed — which tweaks you ticked or unticked, and ideally the one change you made right before it went sideways.
- That it is revertible — note whether you have already tried the
Revert.bator System Restore, so nobody suggests a fix you have done. Reverting guide.
Windows: 11 (build 22631)
Tier: Extreme
Changed: ran defaults, then
un-ticked "Set services
to Manual"
Symptom: Xbox app won't launch
Reverted: not yet — Restore point
+ Revert.bat both exist
→ what should I roll back first? That is everything someone needs. Drop it in #support or your tier channel and you will usually get a straight answer, not twenty questions.
Or skip the wait entirely.
